Here is a personnel question which fails to identify product functionality, operational plans, development time-frame, set operational perspective, nor define financial limits, goals, and objectives.
 
As it was submitted:

"For an industry such as credit cards, if a company like Tangerine would want to launch a new card, what percentage of its employees would it need to use on average to concentrate on the launch?"

There is no way to provide any answer parameters for a question which provides no operational or functional parameters.

A business plan including this non-contextualized thinking is adequate only to convince a government agency to provide funding for a female-owned start-up business.
